1. Acceptance
By downloading or using R.I.S.E you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to create an account and redeem rewards. One account per phone number is strictly enforced; attempting to register additional accounts on the same number or device is grounds for suspension.
3. Rewards & Redemptions
R.I.S.E is 100% ad-funded. All rewards come from ad revenue — no money is ever taken from users. Reward redemptions are reviewed and processed manually within 7 business days. Each user may redeem up to ₹500 per Indian Standard Time day; this cap counts gross spend regardless of payout outcome. R.I.S.E reserves the right to suspend or cancel redemptions flagged for fraud, and to flag an account for future-earnings review without reversing rewards already credited.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Bot usage, multiple accounts, ad fraud, VPI / device emulation, or any attempt to manipulate rewards will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all unredeemed rewards. Determinations are made by R.I.S.E in its sole discretion based on server-side signals.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software in R.I.S.E is owned by R.I.S.E and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
R.I.S.E is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of rewards you have legitimately earned and not yet redeemed.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Grievances may also be addressed to the Grievance Officer at grievance@rise-app.in.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app on next launch.
