1. Acceptance
By downloading or using R.I.S.E you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to earn and redeem rewards. Users under 18 may use the app in view-only mode, with no rewards.
3. Rewards & Redemptions
R.I.S.E is 100% ad-funded. All rewards come from ad revenue — no money is ever taken from users. Reward redemptions are processed manually within 7 business days. R.I.S.E reserves the right to suspend or cancel redemptions flagged for fraud.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Bot usage, multiple accounts, ad fraud, or any attempt to manipulate rewards will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software in R.I.S.E is owned by R.I.S.E and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
R.I.S.E is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of rewards you have legitimately earned.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
