What is R.I.S.E and how does it work?
R.I.S.E is an Android app for India where you watch reward videos and earn Sparks — the app's currency, fixed at 1 Spark = ₹0.01. You can play solo or join a squad, whose combined weekly activity competes for a share of a weekly prize pool called the Pot. When your balance clears the minimum, you request a UPI payout.
Is R.I.S.E available on iPhone?
No. R.I.S.E is Android-only and there is no web version to sign into. If you see an iOS app or a website asking you to log in with your R.I.S.E details, it isn't us.
What do I need to sign up?
An Indian phone number and an Android 8.0 or newer device. You verify the number once by OTP and set a password after that. No email, no documents, no bank details at signup — a UPI ID is only needed when you withdraw.
Can I have two accounts on one phone number?
No. One account per phone number, permanently — the number is the identity. Trying to run several accounts is the fastest way to have all of them flagged.
Will my old phone run it?
If you have Android 8 or above and 2 GB of RAM, yes. The APK is tiny and tuned for 4G + outdoor sunlight readability — we test on budget devices every release.
I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Sign in with your phone number and choose to verify by OTP instead. Once the OTP proves the number is yours, you can set a new password. There's no email reset because we never collected an email.
Earning Sparks
Where the money comes from and what a Spark is worth.
What is a Spark worth in rupees?
1 Spark = ₹0.01, so 100 Sparks is ₹1 and 1,000 Sparks is ₹10. The rate is fixed in the app's code and has never changed. It isn't a points system we can reprice.
How do I earn Sparks in R.I.S.E?
By watching reward videos through the app. Sparks are credited when the video completes. The amount per video depends on the advertising that filled it, so it varies — what doesn't vary is what a Spark is worth once you have it.
Is the app really free?
Yes. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no premium tiers. 100% ad-funded — your earnings come out of the ad revenue we share back with you.
How much can I realistically earn?
Depends on how often you watch reward videos and how your squad ranks in the weekly Pot. A casual player earns enough for a small UPI payout in a few days; a regular squad in a top-rank week can split a much bigger Pot share.
Why did a video not credit any Sparks?
Usually the video didn't finish, or the ad network didn't confirm the watch — closing early, losing network mid-video, or a failed ad load all end the same way. If a completed video repeatedly fails to credit, contact support with the rough time it happened.
Can R.I.S.E remove Sparks from my wallet?
No. Once Sparks are credited they're final — there is no mechanism for an operator to debit them, which is why invalid watches are rejected before they pay rather than reversed after. An account can be blocked from earning further, but what's already banked stays banked.
What is a Crown, and can I withdraw Crowns?
Crowns are a squad ranking weight, not money. They never enter your wallet and have no rupee value — they exist only to rank squads for the weekly Pot and to divide a squad's winnings fairly. Any site pricing a Crown in rupees is wrong.

How money leaves the app and how long it takes.
How does the money actually arrive?
UPI transfer to a VPA you nominate when you request a payout. Minimum cashout is —. Every redemption is reviewed by a human — most land in 2–3 working days. You can see live status inside the app.
What is the minimum withdrawal from R.I.S.E?
—. The app offers six fixed amounts to choose from, starting there. The low minimum is deliberate — you should be able to test whether we pay before investing any real time.
How to withdraw money from R.I.S.E to PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm
All three are UPI apps, so the process is the same: open your wallet in R.I.S.E, pick an amount, and enter the UPI ID that app shows you (it looks like yourname@bank). The transfer goes to the bank account behind that UPI ID — we never send money to the app itself.
How long does a R.I.S.E withdrawal take?
Typically two to three working days. Every request is reviewed by a person rather than paid automatically, which is slower than an instant payout and is the trade-off that lets us run without KYC.
How much can I withdraw in one day?
Up to ₹500 per account per day, resetting at midnight IST. You can make several requests within that ceiling. It's a daily limit, not a lifetime one.
My withdrawal was rejected. What now?
The most common causes are a UPI ID that doesn't resolve and activity that tripped our fraud checks. A rejected request doesn't consume your Sparks — they return to your balance — but it does use up that day's limit, so you'd retry the next day. Support can tell you which category it fell into.
Do I pay any fee or commission on a payout?
No. The amount you request is the amount that arrives. We take nothing from users at any point — the business is funded by advertising.
Do I need to pay tax on what I earn?
That depends on your total income and is between you and your tax advisor. We don't deduct anything at source and we don't collect a PAN, so nothing is withheld or reported on your behalf.
Squads
Playing with friends — and playing without them.
Do I have to join a squad?
No. You can play solo — just pick "Skip for now — I'll solo" at onboarding. Solo players skip the Pot distribution but still earn Sparks from reward videos and can cash out the same way. You can form or join a squad anytime later.
How do I invite friends to my squad?
Create a squad and share the invite code it gives you. Anyone who enters that code joins directly. Creating the squad makes you its leader, which carries a 1.5× weighting when Pot winnings are divided.
How many people can be in a squad?
There's no cap. A larger squad accumulates Crowns faster but divides any Pot winnings among more members, so size is a trade-off rather than an advantage. Daily attendance matters far more than headcount.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your daily-activity streak drops a few levels — not a full reset. Miss three consecutive days and you're auto-removed from your squad (solo players are unaffected). Your Sparks stay in your wallet either way — they're final, never clawed back.
Can I leave a squad and join another?
Yes, at any time. Your Sparks go with you — they're yours, not the squad's. What you leave behind is the Crowns you contributed to that squad's current week.
Can squads attack or sabotage each other?
No, and that's a deliberate product decision rather than a missing feature. The only competition between squads is the weekly ranking. Nothing another squad does can take anything away from yours.
The weekly Pot
The Sunday prize pool: how it's sized, who it pays.
What is the Pot?
A weekly prize pool. Each week we take the larger of (a) 15% of all ad revenue or (b) —, and split it across the top squads. Your squad's share depends on its weekly Crown total. Distributes Sunday midnight IST.
When is the R.I.S.E Pot distributed?
Every Sunday at midnight IST, by a scheduled job. Not "during the week" or "after review" — a fixed weekly deadline, which is what the countdown on the Pot page is showing.
How big is the Pot?
The greater of 15% of that week's advertising revenue or a guaranteed floor of —. The floor is why a slow advertising week doesn't collapse the Pot to nothing. The live figure is shown on the site and in the app.
How is the Pot split between squads?
The top five squads by weekly Crown total take 50%, 14%, 10%, 8% and 8%. The remaining 10% is Everyone's Share, split between players drawn from any Pot-eligible squad who were active all seven days of the week. If a bucket has nobody in it, it rolls into the top squad's share — the whole Pot always reaches players.
How is my personal share calculated?
Your squad's pool is divided by each member's share of the squad's Crowns for that week, with a 1.5× weighting for the leader. A member with no active days that week gets nothing from it.
Does winning the Pot affect my rank?
No. Pot winnings arrive as Sparks you can withdraw, but they're excluded from the lifetime Spark total that drives your rank — so a good Pot week can't buy you a rank you didn't earn by playing.

Is this gambling?
No. You never put money in. There's no betting, no wagers, no odds. R.I.S.E is a loyalty rewards app — you earn Sparks by watching reward videos. Listed on Google Play under loyalty & rewards, not games.
What personal data does R.I.S.E collect?
Your phone number, the display name and avatar you choose, and your activity in the app. No email, no Aadhaar, no PAN, no bank statements, no contacts upload. A UPI ID is stored only once you've made a withdrawal request.
Will R.I.S.E ever ask me to pay or deposit money?
Never, for any reason — not to unlock a withdrawal, not to "verify" an account, not to join a squad. Anyone asking you to pay to receive a R.I.S.E payout is running a scam using our name. Report it to support.
Why was my account flagged?
Automated checks look for patterns that indicate the reward loop is being gamed — emulators, multiple accounts, or watch behaviour that isn't a person watching. A flag blocks further earning and withdrawal while it's reviewed by a person. Sparks already credited stay credited.
How do I delete my R.I.S.E account?
From the app's settings, or by following the account-deletion page on this site. Deletion removes your profile and your ability to sign in. Records we're legally required to retain, such as completed payout entries, stay for the retention period set out in the privacy policy.
How do I contact R.I.S.E support?
Through the in-app support option, or by email to the address in the footer of this site. There is no phone helpline — anyone giving out a R.I.S.E customer-care number is not us.
