Most earning apps are something you do alone.
R.I.S.E has squads: a group whose week of activity is pooled into a single ranking, competing for a share of the Pot every Sunday. Your friends showing up genuinely improves your week, which is not a sentence most apps in this category can write.
It is also optional. Plenty of people play solo, earn the same Sparks and withdraw the same way — so this page tells you what a squad adds, and exactly what you give up by skipping it.
Six rules, and that's the whole thing.
A squad pools weekly activity into one ranking number
Every reward video a member watches with their squad adds Crowns to the squad's weekly total. That total — nothing else — decides where the squad ranks when the Pot is distributed on Sunday. There's no score to grind separately and nothing to buy.
There is no member cap
Four friends or fifty. A bigger squad accumulates Crowns faster, but the Pot pool it wins is then divided among more people, so size is a trade-off rather than a cheat. What actually moves the ranking is how many members show up daily.
Your slice is weighted by what you contributed
When a squad places, its pool is split by each member's share of the squad's Crowns, so carrying the squad is rewarded and coasting isn't. The leader gets a 1.5× weighting for running it, and a member with no active days that week receives nothing.
Miss three days in a row and you lose your seat
Daily activity is one reward video a day. Three consecutive misses and you're removed automatically — not as a punishment, but because an inactive member dilutes every remaining member's share of a Pot the squad is less likely to win. You can rejoin or start a new squad immediately.
Squads compete for ranking, never against each other directly
There is no way to attack, block, sabotage or steal from another squad, and there never will be. The entire contest is the weekly Crown leaderboard. Your squad's week is decided by what your squad did, not by what happened to anyone else's.
You keep everything you earned, whatever the squad does
Sparks are credited to you personally the moment a reward video finishes, and they're final. Leaving a squad, being removed from one, or your squad finishing last changes only your Pot share — never your wallet balance.
Including the one that isn't a squad.
Start one and invite your friends
You get an invite code to share on WhatsApp. Whoever joins with it lands directly in your squad. Starting a squad makes you its leader, which carries the 1.5× weighting on Pot splits and the work of keeping the squad active.
Join an open squad
Browse squads that are accepting members and join one — useful if your friends aren't on the app yet. Some squads review requests before admitting you; the browser shows which.
Skip it and play solo
Pick "Skip for now — I'll solo" during setup. You earn Sparks and withdraw to UPI exactly like everyone else. The one thing you give up is the weekly Pot, which is distributed only to squads and their members. You can join a squad any time later.
Bring three friends. Or don't.
The squad is what makes the week interesting; the Sparks are yours either way. Next: how the Sunday Pot is split.
